5) My opinion is Gallagher's performance to date has been somewhat inept. The recent surprise capital raising he pulled met with extremely poor support from shareholders and sent a pretty clear message that kind of move is not appreciated. I feel it also highlighted his lack of understanding of the situation and knowledge of his shareholder base.
