How to value SP? Very difficult. UBS value Santos SP at 0.29c with an oil price of $40 (US/bbl) and at oil price of $30 (US/bbl) the estimated value reduces to -1.67. Negative EPS at these oil prices (-4c and -23c respectively in 2016). Good Heavens!
What's your risk profile and strategy now? Sell now to return/conserve your capital, hold for oil recovery, or sell now and buy again when SP close under 0.30c.
