I reckon that there will be further down pressure on share price
I hold STO, but I'm a bit reluctant at the moment to top up given annual results due 19 Feb - at which time I expect downgrades and maybe the cancellation of its 5cent dividend. Anyway, that's what I'm expecting, after that (which which be the last of the bad news), I'll consider topping up
