PCL I have on a watchlist but do not own,TSV I do not own but will watch.
The toughest market of all is the spec end of town and those under 5 cents are the hardest to pick. One need the ability to speculate to do any good in this arena.
You dont win them all and you only invest what you are happy to loose.
Your chances improve dramatically if you do a lot of research.
I have owned mky for some 18 months,I have put an average of 2 hrs per week into research,I feel content to hold.
