From today’s CEO address:
Revenue forecast 2023 $160-167m
EBIT forecast $15-16m
EV/EBIT(midpoint forecast) = 8.39
Not bad for a company growing at double digits with strong retention rates and a diversified customer base, including Government and Defence contracts.
Dual strategy outlined in various presentations makes sense and have also shown strong diligence withdrawing the MOQ takeover offer when a bidding war broke out.
Director bought 400k shares at 76.25c, 29 Sep. Significant amount of shares held in escrow, good amount recently released.
