I think its a non event, need to keep to the strict environmental rules and the fine is small, I am sure during the restart of the mine things were not running at 100 pct smooth operations. There will be maintained pressure from environmentalists but this is not a bad thing, the fat 100 nzd margin can pay for a lot of initiatives to keep the green crowd happy ...
