What a dissapointment!
Averaged into these yesterday big time as my pick for a bounce if the DOW recovered and the only REIT not to recover. Considering the massive falls in price just last week and the "apparent" value showing, even with a poorly timed UK investment one wonders what we DONT KNOW? Could have made great money in almost any other financial including CNP, BNB and the rest of the kennel.
Either a very large distressed seller or valuations and credit risk is higher than we are being told and a number of big players see further falls. I am suprised but the last 12 months has tought me not to stand in the way of ugly technicals and this looks sick.
