Hi once again Johnrap and all,

Apologies: On might question should of course read: One might.

I am currently in the UK for their short summer, overnight I was contacted in regard to my post it would appear that there is now pressure for something to be done to the Bendigo site that could be a cost to the company. Also it looks like 15/06/2015 may shed some light on the Dargues situation.

I no longer hold any shares in this company; however, I suggest you and others watch closely how well the company handles it’s self in regard to the local opposition to the project. It’s just my opinion but personally as a business decision I would not have committed any shareholder funds to this project unless I felt comfortable that I had at least had one group onside. I would go further and say the site breaches and subsequent fines have only served to fuel the fire against the project.

Again just my opinion but I feel it is going to take a brilliant management effort to push this project to fruition. One may think in the current environment creating new jobs should not be such a hard sell.

If you and your fellow shareholders wish to see this project proceeding in the face of such opposition and general resistance I suggest you are going to need to find a negotiator with the true Midas touch!

I sincerely hope this project does one day proceed as we certainly could use the jobs and my private company is a supplier of mining equipment to the industry. However; my many years in business have taught me that hope alone is not usually good enough.

To reiterate please do your due diligence and remember to take a good profit particularly when it’s offered in these tumultuous financial times.

Cheers and very best regards: Andy
