    One size fits all?
    What about allowance for carry forward losses, depreciation, r&d, interest on debt?

    Genuinely interested in your thoughts on these issues.

    Should Australia go it alone on this?

    A lot of people worry about multinationals ability to move profits to low tax jurisdictions. I haven't yet seen any good proposals, but I trust you have something to share.
