Called it management not competent enough to handle ph3 company. Posts on LinkedIn and their own website not enough. The constant dilution killing any prospects for long term holders. They can't blame it on markets. In the US markets are up 25% over the past 2.5 years this is down of 30%. Vote them out! Unfortunately it may be too late. I'll hold only because we've come too far from prima and I believe we can help people. My money invested in JUST ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE WOULD HAVE ME SITTING PRETTY...FHAK MANAGEMENT
