    I agree with your thoughts.

    A second CR would be too soon after the last one which collapsed the SP and there would be far too many shares on issue for a company this size.

    It could be funds accumulating for another entity so they dont have to declare as a sophisticated shareholder or maybe they just are trading for short term profit.
