Hi a very interesting posting.Time for a Royal Commission into this manipulation much like they did with the banks.Its time for the government ( Tax Department ) to look into this selling by the super funds banks etc where they are using private clients shares. These shares have entitlements to 12 month Capital Gains tax or short term profits tax that should be accounted for in the clients tax declarations. I do not support Short Selling of any kind . Next thing the banks who do hold a lot of their depositors Land Titles will start trading in them Cheers Towie DYOR
