whitepointer, they have sent a letter to unit holders (see asx announcements) reminding them of the entitlement offer so perhaps the take up by retail holders has not been that good, in line with your suggestion about the underwriters.
sold all in mid april at .895c by a stroke of good fortune as i did not see this coming and bought back in at .75c and .69c beleiving it to be defensive and reliable in the long term.
