great news on the way I've asked the question of someone who works in this area of law who explained that it must be 'under seal' until all is signed and completely finalised and this can only be seen as the confirmation that a deal has been done with applera. This is for a short time only so we should expect news shortly....which is great news for gtg and all those who have been holding for so long.
