under the geiger counter

Under the geiger counter, these guys look like they should be pretty hot. Incredible grades, lots of cash in the bank, not a lot of shares. You would think the share price has significant upside potential.

Question: Are they still exposed to some other costs, like a portion of Cazaly's legal costs... or has that been fixed up? Why are these shares so cheap? Am I missing something?
