    Interesting AGM last week - although poorly attended. Mood was upbeat.

    All's going according to plans with 6 events slated for 2010 that are of potential market significance. The CEO's report presented at the meeting worth a look - http://www.circadian.com.au/files/U9WUYQC13I/AGM_2009_MD_presentation.pdf

    Cash on hand plus market value of listed investments was around $45 million at date of meeting - amounts to 98c per share versus a current sp of 73c.
