no direct connection as such
but both have been reconstructed from companies that have gone broke therefore as newly established (much like a newly listed company) they have a bit of cash, a clean slate, new management and a very tight register
and the chance to farm in whatever projects they can get their hands on
it is the speculation over such projects that cause the sp to rise - we should hear about this soon
