This is just a hunch and got to me as second hand news. Going through my notes I came across ATI from late september.I get the feeling there is a link somewhere between ATI & RCH somewhere. The info came from the same source which begs the question.
Funny how both have moved up nicely from the low 1's and all under the radar.
