GNI Acquires Historic Chapmans Reward Gold Mines
The new licences contain several historic gold mines & workings as shafts and shallow pits
new tenements are inside the existing Jutson Rocks boundaries
Historic High Grade Gold Production at 54 g/t Au
Acquisition Increases GNIs already significant Gold Nickel -Copper project area
The Emmaville Bauxite Project also acquired to add diversity and strength to the GNI portfolio
Global Nickel Investments Limited (GNI, The Company) is pleased to announce that it has further
strengthened its WA exploration land package, by acquiring The Chapmans Reward Gold Mines project.
An historic collection of old gold mine workings, Chapmans Reward is well known for its past high grade Gold
production. The two new prospecting licence applications P38/3880 & P38/3881 that have been pegged, were
formerly excised from the Companys Jutson Rocks Project (E38/1540 & E38/1541). The Chapmans Reward
project was formerly held under a granted Mining Lease by an unrelated party.
GNI is very pleased to have picked up the Chapmans Reward project which is a collection of old Gold Mines &
Workings that if revisited, could very possibly lead to further discoveries. The historic gold workings at Chapmans
Reward represent the most significant known gold occurrences in the project area. said Managing Director Mr
Benjamin Heath Cooper.
Chapmans Reward, was mined with picks and shovels and yielded high grade gold production of 54g/t Au. Upon
grant the Company intends on commencing exploration with detailed structural mapping and drill testing of the
area.
The Chapmans Reward group of historic gold workings consist of three shallow pits and nine shafts ranging in
depth between 1m to 20m. The workings occur along the sheared contact between an internal granite intrusion
and a belt of ultramafic rocks (refer Figure). Limited historic gold production of 828.9 grams from a 15.24 tonne
sample of ore at an average grade of 54.39 g/t Au is recorded from Chapmans Reward in the Throssell
1:250,000 Geological Series Explanatory Notes (Bunting et al., 1978) and high grade rock chip samples up to
201g/t Au have been reported from quartz vein material occurring at the workings. A field visit to the area
indicated widespread quartz vein material in the shallow pits, in shaft walls and on waste dump piles.

EMMAVILLE BAUXITE PROJECT
Global Nickel is pleased to advise it has entered into an agreement with Oresum Pty Ltd to acquire a 50%
interest in the Emmaville Bauxite project. Under the terms of the agreement, GNI has agreed to purchase
50% of granted exploration tenements EL 7287 & 7288 in northern NSW.
Project Description
Oresum has been granted 2 separate exploration licenses by the New South Wales Department of
Primary Industries in the Emmaville area containing a historic bauxite resource. These bauxite deposits
are associated with a belt of Tertiary basaltic volcanic terrains that straddle the Great Dividing Range of
eastern Australia. Oresum Pty Ltd is an Australian bauxite exploration and alumina resource development
Company, with a project near Emmaville (EL 7287 & 7288) in NSW held under granted exploration
tenements. These volcanic terrains represent a very different and exciting alumina depositional system
with high available alumina and low reactive silica bauxites.
Prospectivity
These Exploration Licences were applied for by Oresum Pty Ltd as they are known to contain gibbsite-rich
bauxite in historic deposits that are located within widespread blankets of highly altered and weathered
bauxitic basaltic volcaniclastic rocks. Many of these extensive blankest of bauxite have little or no
overburden.
Transaction Details
GNI has entered into an agreement to acquire 50% of The Emmaville Bauxite Project for consideration as
follows:
(a) the payment to Oresum Pty Ltd of A$500,000. These funds have been raised successfully by GNI
pursuant to a convertible note issue (at an effective conversion price of 5cents per share).
(b) the allotment and issue to Oresum of:
(i) 5,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares in the capital of GNI (escrowed 12mths);
(ii) 5,000,000 unlisted options to subscribe for ordinary fully paid shares in the capital of GNI at
an exercise price of $0.10 each on or before the date Dec 2012; and
(c) GNI providing The Emmaville Bauxite project with all funding for 10,000 m of Reverse Circulation
drilling within 2 years of the date of the transaction.
CAPITAL RAISINGS
In conjunction with the acquisition GNI has entered into an agreement to raise $4,000,000 through a
private placement within 3 months of the signing of this transaction. GNI has agreed to issue 30,000,000
unlisted 10c strike expiry options exercisable on or before Dec 2012 to NGF Limited, the facilitator
associated with this transaction.
Shareholders Meeting
Following satisfactory completion of due diligence, GNI will call an extraordinary meeting of shareholders
to approve the transaction and the capital raising.

Jutson Rocks Project Receives Native Title Clearances
For Geochemistry & Soil Sampling Programs
Anthropologist and Traditional Owners Site Visit completed
Gold, nickel and platinum group metals exploration to commence immediately
Global Nickel Investments Limited (GNI, The Company) is pleased to announce that it has officially received
the Heritage Survey Report from Central Desert Native Title Services Pty Ltd who recently conducted a site visit
to the Jutson Rocks Project area in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. The site visit was attended by
Global Nickels exploration team, and was accompanied by members of the Cosmo Newberry Aboriginal
Corporation, as well as an authorised anthropologist from Central Desert Native Title Services Pty Ltd.
The receipt of this Heritage Survey Report paves the way for the planned helicopter VTEM geophysical survey to
commence. Agreement was reached during the site visit to allow infill soil sampling programs to also be
undertaken to follow-up historical gold, nickel and platinum soil anomalies at the Jutson Rocks Project on
exploration licences E38/1540 and E38/1541. The two exploration licences (E38/1540 and E38/1541) are located
within the Cosmo Newberry Aboriginal Reserve which is subject to the Yilka Native Title Claim.
GNI will continue to work closely with the local community to comply with all necessary requirements, in order to
complete a comprehensive exploration program at the project. The Company plans to conduct airborne
geophysics, soil sampling, geological mapping and also extensive drilling targeting Gold and precious metals. It is
expected that The Company will be in a position to commence fieldwork, within the next week. GNI holds an
extensive land package across and surrounding the 60km long Mt Venn Greenstone Belt East of Laverton in
Western Australia. Previous successful exploration results including extremely high grade Gold and Platinum, have
demonstrated the projects potential.
We have hit the ground running, now that we have received these latest clearances, we can look to commence
a geophysical program, within days said Managing Director, Mr Benjamin Heath Cooper.

The Jutson Rocks Project Field Program (2009-2010)
Historic high grade Gold, Nickel, Copper & Platinum results to be followed-up
by detailed mapping, soil sampling & drilling
Global Nickel Investments Limited (The Company GNI) is pleased to announce that positive progress
is being made at the Jutson Rocks project located 125km north east of Laverton. The project area covers
the majority of the Mt Venn Greenstone Belt within the Eastern Goldfields Province of Western Australia.
The Company believes the project is prospective for a variety of mineralisation styles including gold,
nickel sulphide and platinum-palladium (PGE). Historic exploration at the Jutson Rocks project returned a
range of exciting results including high grade gold in quartz veins (rock chip assays include 208g/t,
201g/t & 165g/t Au) and broad >20ppb Platinum+Palladium soil anomalies overlying the Mt Cornell
(2000m x 500m area of Pt+Pd anomalism) and Mt Warren (4000m x 1000m area of Pt+Pd anomalism)
layered mafic sills with a peak PGE rock chip sample of 1.31g/t Pt, 0.77g/t Pd & 0.16g/t Au. An exciting
polymetallic area of anomalism was also identified near Mt Cumming with a rock chip sample of quartz
veining in dolerite assaying 8.4g/t Au, 3.2% Cu & 3g/t Ag. In addition, komatiitic ultramafics occur within
the greenstone belt and coincident Nickel and Copper soil anomalies over the komatiites such as 890ppm
Ni & 165ppm Cu, 7000ppm Ni & 504ppm Cu, 685ppm Ni & 260ppm Cu have yet to be followed up by
infill sampling and/or drilling.
The Company proposes to begin its exploration at Jutson Rocks by completing detailed geological
mapping, rock chip sampling and infill soil sampling. Upon analysis of these results and geological data
drilling programmes will commence to target the areas of greatest prospectivity.
Matters relating to Heritage Clearance have previously prevented access to this prospective project.
However, GNI has gained the necessary formal governmental access approvals. The company is currently
proceeding with a Heritage Survey that will be conducted by an Anthropologist representing Central
Desert Native Title Services on behalf of the Cosmo Newberry Group. This critical Heritage Survey by an
Anthropologist is in respect to GNIs proposed follow up detailed mapping, soil sampling and RC drilling
programmes scheduled to commence in November 2009.
Once the exploration programme has successfully gained its Heritage Survey approval GNI will submit its
Programme of Work (POW) to the WA Mines Department and once the POW has been approved then
GNI can commence its exploration programmes.
The project has not been subject to modern exploration techniques and is one of the last unexplored WA
greenstone belts.
The exploration program will be exciting because the project has yielded phenomenal results in the past
from shallow vacuum drilling, rock chip and soil sampling said Managing Director, Mr Benjamin Heath
Cooper.
