Anyone worried about the chance of 'disappointing' phase 3 SIRFLOX results? The continually impressive sales/dosage results and Roger Montgomery's analysis seem to suggest that an excellent result for Sirtex is essentially a done deal, short of some massive black swan scenario playing out.

I'm a small SRX holder and was also wondering if someone can confirm that SRX was making money from sales from SIRspheres in 2003 even whilst trials were yet to begin or just starting out?

Could someone one clarify this for me?

Did they receive approval in a particular jurisdiction like the U.S or was there a fast-tracking of the product for use on compassionate grounds, even before the completion of phase 3 trials.
