As I've just suggested on the GBE threads, they need to tell the people who can hear and do something about it. Not one person on HC can change this, but by telling those in charge, they may just sway opinion. Malawi wants to develop the mining industry. They see that as having great benefit to their country. They won't want it stymied in my opinion. I think they may be the best way to get this stopped if it is not going to progress Machinga, which I doubt anyway.
