Could be wrong but my gut feel suggests that the SP has stabilised and the potential players are reassessing their position.
There is a strong possibility that an announcement will be forthcoming re their completed negotiations and this will once again demonstrate the "success" track that RHT is embarking on.
May leave those relying on the chart for their entry point to assess their continued observation via the rear view mirror, to make the perfect entry point.
