Learn to recognise badly mispriced assets either high or low.... Like RHT crazy low.... Buy squillions and squillions, wait patiently when a dreally strong rerate comesalond... Take some money off the table.. And leave the rest run... Forget about them.... Except if they become really overpriced... Then sell.

Over time, there is no short cut, or overnight millions. To be made....

And if you are unsure about valuations.... Watch closely and find the posters . Who are really clever... Watch and. Listen.....

And hit the ignore button regularly on those who turn up late and write hundreds of stupid posts on companies they nothing about..

Like what happened when this RHT took of.... Now most have vanished to the next hot stock, in mining, or technology or some other sector they know nothing about giving everyone the benefit of their wisdom..

Best idea have a stroll around, real estate offices in flash location and govt depts etc.. And just see how many screen are on HC.., with people who have boring non productive jobs, writing posts and 20 sectors telling anybody who will listen, how they have Buffet like expertise....

Researching valuing sitting and later selling is simple it works...
