my gut feel is that it was short covering and options expiry related!!
sell orders out number buy orders 3 to 1 and most buy orders are under $10.20.
traditionally this time of the year is bad for insurance companies!
qbe sp is not going to rise to around $14 to $15 until interest rates in the US return to normal levels and that looks like 18 months away IMO!
my gut feel is that it was short covering and options expiry...
