Why didn't arnold get tavr implemented when he had a heart surgery? He has millions and surely if the best patch is adapt he would of got it. If tavr is so great to begin with then why isn't it taking off? This company was setup so management can milk as much money as they can and when one product doesn't take off they go on with the next r&d and what an amazing potential it has to penetrate a billion dollar market which is all full of donkey sheet.
