Hi barra, I did touch on that subject mate, the present companies with that IP have put the literal ‘ton’ into their own product, that is tens/ hundreds of millions into that product.


Third party, a considerably large one at that, may wish to ‘steamroll’ its own foray into TAVR and team with Admedus, a immediate ‘fast tracking’ as it were.

In a ideal World TWO interested parties would ensure some negotiating advantage to Admedus and a far greater outcome, imo.


Conflict of emotions mate, disappointment versus excitement;


Excitment: the potential of TAVR to be a company maker, which as cliche as it may be is factual, imo.

Disappointment: that the company has continued to spend funds as if they were Mercke and in the process have sold a large portion of the company off, this perhaps even larger if a further CR eventuates.

Company with 24 mill revenue, growing, would be worth how much?, solid footing and then accelerate the R&D on TAVR, the company has, imo, put itself into a poor position that has cost RI much of their capital.

Absolutely forgotten about the realties of Life; the result of the continual funds to R&D the Vaccines AND how long it takes for everything to fall in place.

Home run may still be there, just not right now and a ‘shadow’ of what could have been, imo.
