hey suzuki, run a couple of thoughts by you.

If a deal is not in the wings in the immediate future (next month plus) that the company will have to announce a placement/CR to ‘keep’ lights on?, ..... funds for operational costs depleted when?

Is Admedus required to inform RIs?

That those funds (from CR) need to cover at least 2 quarters of cash burn, that without a immediate deal RIs will/may be skeptical of anything Admedus ‘forecasts’ and act accordingly and ‘deliver’ the company to the major holders who will add to their holdings by buying on market.

The dilution will be massive and guarantee that either SB and or SIO will virtually ‘own’ the company at a pittance, imo.

That at this time if Admedus were to secure funding thru significant debt that they would virtually be ‘handing’ the company over to the debtor in the long term?, bearing in mind that at this time IF Admedus had that debt it would be a basket case right now, imo.

That aside will be interested to see the intentions of SB and SIO.

Its ugly for sure, hope the opposite of a ‘black swan’ event happens for blerry once.
