No way known, imo, on reflection, that a loan will save Admedus, loan will need to cover a minimum of two quarters, that’s 20 mill!!, funds to only cover one quarter, imo, will see a mass exodus of RIs exiting on resume of trading.
Allow 6 mill plus from revenue that’s still a14 mill loan.
Might be a mix of a loan, CR and minimal funds from a deal to cover the next two quarters, the amount of the loan dependent on the funds raised from a further CR and the resultant deal, imo.
Ref; loan; look at the fine print for the loan from SIO!, and that’s only a ‘mere’ 1 mill!
What else does Admedus have to secure that amount of debt??, imo, just the IP.
In regards to why Admedus don’t list elsewhere; it’s a listing ship ready to sink, perhaps, best done (listing elsewhere) under favourable conditions such as being cash flow positive, ‘not’ when on the ‘ropes’, as this company currently is.
Really wonder at the worth of the AI IP, if genuine, it’s book value from memory was around the 6 to 9 mill, imo, SB wanted the IP at the first milestone, i.e; 3 mill, the IP, I believe, come at the second milestone, i.e, further 3 mill, total of 6 mill, low estimate of book value (?).
Beggars belief that IP, still alive at phase II stage plus, is worth jack shite, yet over at BIT their IP is currently valued at 70 cents plus, (If consolidated) albeit funding not a immediate issue.
Current sp of RAP, ($1.50 if consolidated), that WP made a disparaging comment on (?).
Regardless, will know what’s happening soon enough, no deal/s will see zero funds for operational costs, thus, imo, only funding will be from a CR to the benefit of SIO and or SB, if either party decide to exit it will not help the cause of Admedus.
Only true saviour will be the ‘actual’ value of the IP that Admedus has, if really compelling then RIs may have a minimal respite plus a small premium, imo.
To be quite honest am hoping for a small premium to current sp, afraid the reality check is right in front of our ‘nose’.
So wish my ‘negative’ feelings are baseless!
