Yes, in Australia they are experiencing difficulties with skilled worker recruitment & there is remuneration pressure in staff retention. Indonesia which is a sizeable percentage of its business apparently is not having these difficulties. I guess you can look at the recent SBM downgrade that was partially shuttered to MAH because of slowness in mobilizing staff to site and also the recent Perenti downgrade which mentioned staffing difficulties.
