B one way to address the lack of share price growth would be to pump out dividends.
We have met earnings and growth calls for 4 years, but share price has gone backwards, in a boom market.
Very frustrating.
In fact, it is nonsense, and I am becoming suspicious.
Maybe the 20% dividend pay-out ratio makes no sense, and we should chase less growth but higher dividends, particularly as we can frank more.
Chair seemed quite dismissive at AGM of this alternative.
