Takeover or not all depends on what our 44% shareholder wants to do. Surely they wouldn’t want a third party taking over MAH and then having the contract for their Batu Hijau mine.

I would think the only potential acquirer would be Amman Mineral themselves - although then they would go from owning 44% of an Australian listed and based company bidding on a lot of Australian work to 100% of an Indonesian based private company bidding on Australian work where you’d expect them to be less successful than when an “aussie” company.
