Yes agreed on the significant shareholder rule, but I think the S3 cross trade has it's own reporting requirements. I remember this happening on another stock, had a quick look on ASX trading rules but as you would expect it's bloody complex and I started gazing over after the first couple of paragraphs. Will try and read through it when I have a bit of life to waste haha, of course if anyone could give us the heads up in simple terms it would be much appreciated.
