Well we are under three weeks in which they must have a JV or pay $5 Million to keep this going. I am sure we will hear something in the next two weeks of which way this is going. IMO we will see them pay the $5 Million (non-refundable) and a JV will be a few months off still. Not much you can do but wait this one out. We may see some buying in anticipation next week, but it will fall again at the end of the month if no JV is announced soon.
