under valued based on latest ann

LFE has just signed a heads of agreement to sell part of their assets for $160mill. LFE's current marketcap is around $130mill. Appears to be well under-valued, and today's sell-off may be a good opportunity to buy in.

Placement was announced last week. Dilutionary effect of about 6%, 2 mill of around 6 mill shares is under-written at $1.35 which is less than current price.

Unless I'm missing something, and feel free to speak up, this is a big buy for short-term gain.
