    I agree with your assessment re LFE .

    They are keeping other parts of there business worth around 15 mil and are looking to grow this.

    Not many companies capt at 130 mill that will have 160 mill in the bank plus money to look at other opportunities in their field.

    Conservative but seemingly safe with plenty of upside at this ridiculous cap.
