    Agree in principle about value, but don't forget that at this stage it is only an MOU at $100m and a performance payment of $60m, that probably wouldn't be paid for some years (?).

    The question though is that if you have a reasonable chance of $100m coming in, why are they mucking around with a small SPP of $8m now?
