    They also have owe tiered payments to the businesses they purchased (Sera and Pyramid) plus plenty of convertable notes and options. This company is still not undervalued at todays price. I hold very few, and will not take up the SPP, unless something strange happens to the SP for arbitrage only. good luck. DYOR!
