CLQ have had "dozens" of queries fielded for the JV and off-take arrangements from multiple parties in the EV supply chain and even different industries.

I asked if negotiations had been hindered by share price, CEO responded by saying they are currently negotiating at NPV, it has not hindered progression.

I asked if the additional 40% capacity was being included in JV discussions, answer being yes. Potentially revised numbers in final report before FID will be including the 40% additional affecting IRR and NPV.

Various work being completed on water and scandium technology with most of the water applications coming online Q4 this year.

I expect multiple announcements on these fronts shortly including an update on the Townsville water contract.
