People seem to think McPhilly's is the answer to RRL's woes. So McPhilly's with no mill, no final approval and probably costs off around 300 million to get it started. How many quality juniors and mid tiers producing are on sale at the moment? IMO you are better off spending the money on a current producer and get INSTANT cashflow. Yes it's undervalued but ask yourself why. It has been an abysmal hold for years. GLTAH!
