That's what they did with Tropicana and that cost around $930m and a collapse of the SP and a CR at the lofty heights os $2.72. To me better to just work on McPhilly and make sure Duketon lasts out. IMO it really makes little difference if we buy out early or wait to 30/6/24 - it's only ~7 months away.
