Under valued, page-149

Hi all,

I've been watching Regis for the last 3 months and more broadly over the passed 12 months - finally bought in this morning.

I believe they are relatively undervalued and the best of the ASX gold stocks currently - I'm not particularly clever, this is not financial advice but here is my logic:

By the numbers:

• PE = 9.24 well under (20 when this start to be overvalued).
• BV = 2.1
• EPS = 0.25
• ROE = 12.9%
• 5 YR avg ROE = 26.26%
• Current Ratio = 2.33 (Love this)
• Growth estimate next 5 YR (according to yahoo finance) 12.27%
• Dividend yield - 3.08% - (nice)
• AISC averaging around $1,350 AUD - great

Current Au resource total ~ 10M Oz
Current Au reserve total ~5M Oz

Mcphillamys approval in the pipeline + 2.02 MOz RES

30% of Tropicana, with mine life extended (total endowment heading toward 11M Oz and still open at depth)

Low debt, lower cost producer than others, mine approval on the way and they make money.

I also believe they're a good merger or takeover target for a bigger player, with stable cash producing Australian based operations.

I think now is a good time as the share price has just hit a triple bottom:







My hackjob intrinsic value calc is ~$6 - take that with a huge grain of salt.

IMO the fed in the US will have to do a 25 basis point increase sooner or later to maintain some credibility and everyone will run back in gold.

Less FCF than I would like - but they have been in buy mode for 18 months.

I may be massively wrong, maybe they'll be $1.50 but there is so much upside to this stock with a gold price increase.
