As per Diggers and Dealers last month, McPs is still on track for approvals expected this year, but I think they are likely some time early next year.

The company is working with the Minister and the DPIE to ensure everything is in order for submission.

The company were expecting to complete the DFS last month, but as that has passed, I am sure it is not too far away.

The NSW Government is full of self important bureaucrats who seem to relish in wielding their influence just because they can, and this is not exclusive to mining projects.

The NSW Government need the McPs project to go ahead as much as we do.

The significant loss of jobs in the last 8 weeks of lockdown, coupled the amount of support and stimulus paid out means the NSW is haemorrhaging money.
