From here I see very little downside even if McP doesn’t come off the market might over react and the stock could decline 20percent but then you would be buying a company that mines approx 150000 ounces a year makes 200 mil profit a year and has half a billion in the bank for almost nothing. A risk I do see in the POG is China. They are a major gold producer and from what I have read keep it all is strategic reserves. If things there turn to shit there which it looks likely as they have no money, there acces to foreign investment would have suffered a lot over their attitude to paying back foreign bond holders, they have no food and no energy. Not looking good so what they might do is dump their strategic reserves of gold. But I don’t see that as a realistic risk till maybe 2000 USD gold.
