I remember them announcing this, it is not any new contracts it was just a restructure. Gave them the option to defer delivering MBL their pound of flesh if maintenance etc needed. Worse price was the tax for the freedom to move around delivery. As of next quarter should be under 300 000 ounces. If looks like gold will breakout can also bring forward delivery, so if we are up an running next year could potentially deliver 200 00 ounces (just an example) before gold breaks 2000 USD, get deliverable down to say 120 000, then maybe scale back, would have 4 more years to deliver the 12000 so would only need to delver 30, 000 ounces a year.
