1.Inflation going up with all the money printing.
2. Tropicana with long mine life3. McPhillamys approval4. Bassell 3
5. Geo political tensions with Russia and China
6. End of tax loss selling for now7. Increase of divi or pay down Tropicana debt sooner8. Wind up of hedge sooner.
we only need few of these points to get hit. We will definitely see a spike or rerate.
