I still don’t think board or share holders would go for a takeover less than 3.50 per share. That is by all reasonable metrics the min fair value of the company. That is now 100 percent over the current sp. On top of that hedges would be approx another 500 mil to buy out. So takeover very unlikely. Buy backs also unlikely until clarity around Mcphil. Jim has bought a few shares lately but the result of the board need to join in. We just have to wait and ride this out.
