Rothschild founder had 3 foundation ethos words Integrity , Unity & Industry. Industry RRL bought Tropicana and with no new numbers started with a new program at Tropicana to open the PIT and clear a lot of overburden. That and with processing a lot of low % gold dirt as all Goldies do from time to time distorted the quarter numbers which are eyed by investors. The distorted numbers spooked some as weird with costs and gold in gots etc but that was then and the now future as so expected heaps better??? if overburden all done & back to better gold grades getting Mills . The RRL management (later discuss ) do not do the hands on as that with the experienced crew that are good & know what they are doing so that okay... The NSW project is awaiting all with the go go go and some still sitting on hands but??? nice if Macquarrie not just do parasiting (hedges etc) and help RRL with hand on positive co operation & get this going...The dust and etc can be mitigated and the locals get SO EXCELLENT water infrustructure from RRL doing the $$ local supporting employment and 2 3 4 th use of extra LOCAL monies??? as should be a go go & extra $$ as an amount experts estimate and mojo for RRL & holders??? Unity There are many stakeholders of a Company. Thay ALL need unity... RETAIL is often ignored to its P perol. Investors have needs and wants and that is to live their investment as feel a part of it through glossies and reading good couple of paragraphs usually from a leading Co personality in all glossies. many Cos do as. With the stock getting low lower and lowered the company should of stood UP and stood with its retail investors in communication and action . The Co needed to stand with all its stakeholders and even talk with funds etc on why stock movement and act. Integrity Without integrity what is left??? The stock price was calling out for company action. There are many ways to have better stock price integrity. Communication?? For another way is if required and RRL requires is a SPP a share purchase plan or share buy back. Yes there is always conflicting reasons against doing as needing $$$ for the NSW project if go go go. When a SPP done stock steadies and weak hands get bought by co. The co if buying at these lows gets stock at a discount and with its dive and franking. The SPP is flexible as co can buy stock of whatever volumes whenever or not and can even sell back if wanted. A regular redeeming statement is so re assuring that if low $$ stock co will grab. If co needed extra $$ for the NSW project go go then the co on top of the SPP could release extra stock up to 25% without voting and if wanting more can do also with rites, options etc. I feel a SPP was and is needed whilst bedding in Tropicana and the upcoming NSW new mine project.?? Opinion only not advise.
As opinion this has been oversold with anxiety of unknOWN$ of fear as stock downed day after day??? waiting for co as IN/action or ??? Hold sentiment from sell ??? maybe even or buy if co UNITES & with Stock integrity
