Frustrating being a gold investor for sure. Tbh, id like to see industry work together and get around the manipulation and naked paper selling of their products in thin (or any) hrs of the day. Buy dips when you want to throw up, and we've all seen how fast things can move when sentiment changes. As always, retain some in your portfolio, just dont make it the only asset class or industry sector to invest in.
It is insanely cheap at these levels and is predicated on analyst foecasts for gold to continue to fall towards 1400usd/oz with rising input costs. Analysts are seldom correct.
Somewhat related, see below US debt 10yr forecast for 2019 at 12.5T. Just a small miss.... It was actually 23T. And here we are 2 years later and pushing 30T.. Alao watch central banks, they arent selling any of the real stuff, and plenty of countries avidly buying more. Ireland, singapore 2 of the more recent non 'russia/china' countries to do so.
