Also remember that the state resource minister and the federal minister for industry are essentially god and can override any decision. I don’t have any problem with the pipeline, seems like a good solution to me.’possibly a bit of an eye sore
but if the Romans could do it why can’t we. I think worst case scenario is approval but only if pipeline is put underground, making the project significantly more expensive. Also they said they would have a decision in 12 weeks if they come back with no decision in government speak that is still a decision. RRl will be fine without it possibly in a stronger position based on more immediate cash flows and risk of f large cap ex into a rising interest rate environment.
