Its kinda ironic that RRL is now out performing EVN and NST, especially over the last week or so. RRL has always under performed over the last year or so... worthwhile holding for me as one day it could easily be 30% higher...
RRL has become so cheap that these majors could get a 500k oz pa production boost for a little over $1.5b in the event of a takeover.... Fundamentally it would make perfect sense for RRL to be snapped up by a larger predator...
These goldies are resembling the coal stocks circa Sep 2020....only difference is these goldies are highly profitable at current prices....
IMO a lot has been factored in to the gold price including rate hikes (however the extent of rate hikes will be limited as that will inflict massive damage to the markets if they raise too much) I believe gold will turn around once this begins and people realise that rates can only go up a very small amount before they have to back right off....
